RICHYOU ACADEMY

Our courses are completely free and built to reflect real-world tech workflows. The program is divided into three progressive stages:

Stage 1 – Selection: A short screening phase to identify responsible, motivated participants.
Stage 2 – Training:A one-month learning phase with daily standups, code reviews, curated lessons from partner companies, and individual assignments.
Stage 3 – Real Project: Participants who pass the training phase will collaborate on an actual project guided by mentors.

Students should plan to dedicate at least 20 hours per week. This includes:

1. Daily team meetings and check-ins
2. Code reviews and mentor feedback
3. Video lectures
4. Self-paced coursework and quizzes
5. Teamwork on project-related tasks

The structure is designed to simulate a real working environment and build discipline.

Progress is tracked through a point-based system that evaluates your performance across defined checkpoints.

Scores are based on engagement, attendance, task completion, and code quality. If a student fails to meet the minimum threshold, they may be removed from the course to maintain a high standard of quality for the entire group.

Successful students may receive a job offer, internship opportunity, or be recommended to hiring partners within our network.

In order to protect intellectual property and learning content, participants who proceed to the real project phase may be required to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and other confidentiality agreements related to the course materials and company projects.
