The merch bot is a lightweight e-commerce solution inside Telegram, allowing users to browse, order, and pay for branded products directly from their messenger. The bot supports full purchase flow: cart, checkout, payment, and shipping.
We built a Telegram bot with an intuitive UI for users and a web-based admin panel for staff. Users can browse merch, add items to cart, pay with LiqPay, and choose delivery via Nova Poshta. Admins can add/edit products, manage orders, and track payment statuses.
The bot enabled users to complete purchases within 90 seconds, increasing engagement and reducing drop-offs.
Successfully handled thousands of transactions with automated order updates and delivery notifications.
